Ingredients Of Aloo Jeera Wrap
- Two chopped, peeled potato
- Four chapatis
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- One teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- salt as required
- Four cheese cubes
- One onion
- Two tablespoons refined oil
- One teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Preparation

Stage 1 Prepare The Masala
Start with heat 1 tbsp. Oil in a kadhai, add cumin seeds, and let them crackle. Then add turmeric, coriander, red chilli powder, and dry mango powder. Mix delicately.

Stage 2 Cook Potatoes
Presently add mashed potatoes to the kadhai. Mix well and let them cook. You can add some water if necessary. Cover the kadhai and let it for 2 minutes. Presently remove the cover, mix it well and cook for an additional 5 minutes of medium-high flame.
