For the dairy lovers out there, this might be just the right drink for you to beat the heat that is easy to make and great to drink. You can make yourself a plain old glass of buttermilk or add to a bit of spin of your own. Add salt, mint leaves, and a few other spices you like to make the drink refreshing and just right for a sunny day.
This is our personal favorite as it is natural, easily available, and a coolant to the body. In India, it is easy to find vendors that sell coconut water. Also, there are places you can get coconuts for wholesale, cut them, extract the water, store the coconut water in the refrigerator, and drink on! But remember to consume the coconut water the same day you extract it, and you don’t even have to put it in the refrigerator; you can directly consume it.
