Ingredients For Cheese Kachori:
- Refined wheat flour – 2 cups (approximately 250 or 230 grams)
- Oil – 4 cups (60 grams)
- salt – 1/2 tsp
- Parsley – 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking soda – 1 pinch
Stuffing The Following Can Be Used:
- Paneer – 75 grams
- Mozzarella cheese – 75 grams
- Capsicum – 1 (finely chopped)
- Coriander – 3-4 tablespoon (finely chopped)
- Mango powder – 4 tsp
- Red chili powder – 4 teaspoons
- Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)
- Ginger – 1-inch piece (grated)
- Salt- ¼ tablespoon
Procedure For Making This Delicious Cheese Kachori:
- Take out refined flour in a big bowl, add half a teaspoon of salt, one pinch baking soda, ¼ teaspoon parsley, ¼ cup oil, mix all the things well
- Add a little water and prepare the dough by adding a little water.
- Keep the dough covered for 20 minutes so that it swells and sets, prepare the stuffing until the dough is set.
For The Stuffing:
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add finely chopped green chilies, ginger paste, finely chopped capsicum, salt, teaspoon mango powder and cook on low flame while the oil is hot.
- Add grated paneer and red chili powder and mix well. Stuffing is ready, turn off the gas and take out the stuffing in a plate and add green coriander.
- Grate the pizza cheese and when the stuffing cools down, add it and mix it. Stuffing for kachori is ready.
- The dough is ready, now take a small lemon equal to the dough and make it slightly bigger by hand, give it a bowl shape, place 1-2 spoons of stuffing on top of it and lift the dough from all sides and close the stuffing.

- Put oil in a pan and switch on the stove (gas). While giving low pressure to the kachori, make it big and roll it in the hot oil, put 3-4, or as many kachoris in the pan at one time. Flip the kachori and float, flip it over and fry it till it turns golden brown.
- Take out the fried kachoris and place it on a napkin spread on a plate (it takes 8-10 minutes to fry a single kachori). Fry all the kachoris and prepare them.
