Ingredients For Veg Sesame Noodles
- 1 shredded carrot
- 150 gms snow peas
- 400 gms spaghetti
- 2 tbsp sesame oil toasted
- ¼ cup fine peanut butter
- 2 tsp chili-garlic paste
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- ½ lime juice
- ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- ½ cup roasted salted peanuts chopped
- 3 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 4 green onions chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt
Method
Step 1: Boil veggies: Boil the snow peas and carrots in water and keep them aside.
Step 2: For the sauce: Throw in some sesame oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, chili-garlic paste, lime juice, some water, and mix well in a bowl.
Step 3: Put the noodles: Boil the spaghetti, rinse with cold water and mix the rinsed noodles with sesame oil. Put the spaghetti in the sauce, mix and garnish it with cilantro, peanuts, black sesame seeds, and green onions. You can serve them cold or toss them in a pan if you want.
