2 tbsp Ghee

4 cups grated lauki

1 cup low-fat milk

½ cup of sugar

½ cup dry milk powder

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tbsp sliced almonds

Procedure

  1. Use heavy bottomed vessel pressure kadhai and heat ghee. Add grated lauki and sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Add ½ cup of milk and cover it for 3 minutes, then remove the cover and stir continuously for 7 to 8 minutes. Then add another ½ cup of milk and milk powder.
  3. Add sugar and cook it for 5 minutes by stirring continuously.
