Mixed Vegetable Handvo Recipe

Ingredients:

Rice – half cup

Chana dal – 1/4 cup

Moong Dal – 1/4 cup

Urad Dal – 1/4 cup

Curd – 1/2 cup

Green Chili – 2-3

Ginger – 1 and a half-inch piece

Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tablespoon

Gourd – 1 cup

Carrot – 1/2 cup

Cabbage – 1/2 cup

Soda (for food) or Eno salt – 1 tablespoon

Salt – as per your taste

Red chili – 1/2 teaspoon

Sugar – as per your taste

Lemon juice – 2 tablespoon

Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoon

Procedure:

First, you have to wash rice and soak it in water for 5-6 hours and also wash all the pulses and soak them in water for the same amount of time.

Remove the excess water from the lentils, rice.

Grind the rice with ginger and green chilies coarsely and take it out in a big bowl. Also, grind the pulses finely, churn the curd, mix them all well.

To uproar, the mixture, cover the bowl and keep it in a warm place for 10-12 hours. Take the cup so big that after mixing the mixture, it can come in it.
