- One teaspoon cumin seed
- ½ teaspoon ginger paste
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- Three tablespoon peas
- ½ cup soaked moong daal

- ¼ teaspoon asafoetida

- One chopped tomato
- One small chopped carrot
