Introduction:

Wheat flour is one of the main components to make pasta. It has many numbers of shapes and varieties. It has two main types, namely dried and fresh pasta. It mostly contains starch and has low fat. It also contains manganese, which helps to form bone formation. Even though pasta is an Italian dish, it is cooked in all nations concerning their cultural tastes. In past years it is only famous in north India, but presently it is more prominent in south India than northern India. So try this beautiful recipe at home!!!
Ingredients & Their Quantity:
- Pasta -250 grams
- Tomato or ketchup- 1or 2
- Salt – as per taste
- Water – one glass
- Mayonnaise – half cup
- Butter -Half cup
This quantity is only applicable to one person.
Cooking Method:
Step 1: Take a pan and pour a little amount of water.
Step 2: Put the pasta into the boiling water and wait for some time.
Step 3: Put the butter into another deep pan.
Step 4: Put the boiled pasta into the deep pan after the butter melts.
Step 5: Take Mayonnaise and add a half cup to that pasta and mix well.
Step 6: Chop the tomatoes into smaller pieces and add it with the pasta
Step 7: Pour water to the pasta to become dry.
Step 8: Add salt. ( as per the taste)
Step 9: Wait for some time until the pasta gets the desired dryness.
Step 10: Then turn off the stove
