Stuffed Jowar Cheela

  • 1 cup jowar flour
  • One large chopped onion
  • One little slashed carrot
  • salt as required
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • One teaspoon pav bhaji masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • water as required
  • One chopped capsicum (green pepper)
  • 1/2 cup squashed paneer
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • Two tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

Step By Step Instructions To Make Stuffed Jowar Cheela

  • Stage 1: Prepare the batter

Add jowar flour in a bowl, alongside salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, and dry mango powder. Add water according to have to blend well to form a batter. It should be neither too thick nor excessively runny.

  • Stage 2: Make the cheela

Spread some oil on a non-stick Tawa and pour a batter on it. Spread in circular motions to give the state of a cheela. Cook from the two sides until golden earthy colored. Make more cheela like this.

  • Stage 3: Prepare the stuffing

Heat one spoon of oil in a dish. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Allow them to pop briefly. Presently add chopped onions and saute them for 2 minutes. Add chopped capsicum and carrots. Place it to cook for more than 3-4 minutes. Ultimately, add paneer, pav bhaji masala, and salt. Mix everything to set up a mixture.

  • Stage 4 Stuff the cheela and serve

Presently stuff 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture in each cheela and serve. You can do it with ketchup, mint chutney, or some other dip of your preference.
