Ingredients For Making Sindhi Kadhi:

Oil- 4 tablespoon

Potato (chopped) – 2 medium size 

Mustard oil or ghee (choose as per your taste)

Carrot(chopped) – 1 (300 grams)

French Beans- 10-15

Add vegetables whichever to want to add

Mustard seeds (rai) – 1 tablespoon

Fenugreek seeds (Methi-dana )- ½ tablespoon

Curry leaves

Green chillies-2 (chopped)

Besan- 2 tablespoon

Boil water-13 cups 

Turmeric Powder-1/4 tablespoon

Red chili powder-1/4 tablespoon

Peas- 1 cup

Drumsticks-12

Salt-1/2 tablespoon

Tomato chopped -2

(Tamarind) Emily pulp- 1 cup

Garam masala-1/2 tablespoon

Procedure For Making Sindhi Kadhi:

  1. Firstly, you need a pan and add the above said four tablespoons, then add potatoes to it and make it half fry until they become soft.
  2. Remove the potatoes as they will be used in future
  3. Fry the carrots, French beans, and vegetables till half fry and remove it from the pan.
  4. Put mustard seeds, fenugreek, curry leaves, green chilies and put besan into that pan and mix it until it becomes dark yellow, then put hot water or boil water into it.
  5. Add turmeric powder to it, red chili powder, peas, drumsticks, salt into that with low to medium gas till 8 minutes.
  6. Add two chopped tomatoes; add vegetables; add potatoes, which are half fried previously till 15 minutes.
  7. Add half teaspoon turmeric powder, garam masala, and Emily pulp.
  8. Just mix it out, and here your curry is ready.

Tips:

You can serve this Sindhi Kadhi with chawal, rice, roti. Add curry leaves into it to look more beautiful, tastier, and healthy. It is also eaten with aloo-tuk and sweet boondi for both tastes of sweet and salty.
