Ingredients for Triple Schezwan Rice
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 200 gms boiled noodles
- 1 carrot finely sliced and 1 cup shredded carrot
- 6 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 6 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 20-22 beans finely chopped
- 1 cup cabbage finely chopped and 2 cups of shredded cabbage
- ½ cup refined flour
- 4 tbsp Schezwan chutney
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp green chilies
- 1 cup capsicum finely chopped
- 1 cup of cornflour
- 4 tsp black pepper powder
- Chopped Spring onions for garnish
- Salt as per taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Method
Step 1: Stir fry veggies: Saute fry ginger and garlic for 2 mins, followed by cabbage, carrot, beans for 5 mins. Add salt, pepper, chili sauce, soy sauce, and schezwan chutney and fry the mixture. Finish it by adding boiled rice and noodles and mix them well. Garnish it with spring onions.
Step 2: For the Manchurian: Mix cabbage, carrots, beans, capsicum, green chilies with salt, pepper, refined flour, cornflour. Make small balls out of the mixture, and deep fry them in a wok/kadhai. Serve and enjoy them with the rice.
